Basic salary R15 000 + fuel allowance + cellphone allowance + commission.

Well established supplier in the building industry requires the expertise of an experienced external sales representative / skilled business developer to join their team, driving revenue and fostering valuable relationships. Note this is external sales - going out to find customers and build client base.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Identify, research and approach potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, building strong connections and deliver excellent service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and offer best advice to customers.

• At least 2 years working experience as an external sales representative in the building or related industry, dealing with builders and architects and developers.
• Proven sales record.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Excellent proven business development skills: marketing; sales; business intelligence; project management; negotiation; computer skills; creative thinking; organisational and people skills.
• Clear criminal and credit record
