Our client is a well-known brand franchise dealership with a rather busy Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for the client and your main function is to make bookings for client's vehicles for services and repairs, welcome and meet and greet and make them feel super special.
Other duties include:
- Service recommendations.
- Administration of documents.
- Up-selling & cross selling.
- Customer satisfaction
- Compliance with dealership and OEM policies and procedures.
