“I would like to give the following positive feedback on the training provided over the last two months…

I have experienced both personally and in the staff regarding changes in attitude after the training, the staff have been made more aware of what they say; how they talk to clients and the response they are getting back from the clients.

The training has identified areas that require both personal changes that need to be made and team work initiatives that are required to get the work done.

The focus on adding value to one self has also changed staff perceptions and allowed them to accept change easier making positive comments and value to new concepts and processes.

By adding the fun factor in the training has allowed the staff to leave the training sessions with something that they can apply in the work place and also take home and share.

We still have areas that require attention but the staff is now motivated in making a change and wanting to set new achievable goals given to them.

I am sure we are going to have some more sessions in the future and look forward to these."
